Let’s consider this month, thyroid function, it has a crucial part to play in bone health and metabolism. Low thyroid function is associated with fatigue, weight gain, dry skin and hair, low mood poor concentration and memory and constipation and high cholesterol.

While December is a time associated with spending time with loved ones and enjoying the Christmas holidays it can often be a source of stress to a lot of people. Relationships can be challenging as we prepare to see family whom we may only see once a year.

November is often considered the month when we can acknowledge and be grateful for the positive things in our lives.
