Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
This policy sets out the arrangements for booking, cancelling and rescheduling coaching sessions. It is designed to ensure fairness for clients while protecting reserved coaching time and maintaining a consistent service.
By booking a coaching session the client acknowledges and agrees to the applicable cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined below.
This policy applies to:
- Midlife Transformation Journey Package
- Menopause and Midlife Transformation Coaching
- Free discovery session.
General Booking Conditions
Timeliness
Clients are expected to attend sessions at the agreed time.
If a client arrives late the session will still finish at the originally scheduled time.
Rescheduling
All rescheduling requests should be made as soon as the client knows they cannot attend. Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee that the original appointment time can be retained.
Please reschedule via the meeting confirmation email you received at the time of booking.
Coach Cancellation
If the coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session the client will be offered an alternative appointment at a mutually convenient time. Where appropriate any session affected by the coach’s cancellation will not be treated as used.
Communication
Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be via the meeting confirmation email you received at the time of booking.
Free Discovery Session
The free discovery session is offered as an introductory conversation and does not incur a session fee.
Booking
Free Discovery sessions are subject to availability and should be booked in advance.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session scheduled session start time. Where possible clients are asked to provide as much notice as possible if they’re unable to attend.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be via the meeting confirmation email you received at the time of booking.
Late Cancellation or No Show
As the discovery session is free there is no cancellation fee. However, where a client repeatedly cancels at short notice or does not attend without notice the coach may choose not to offer further free Discovery Sessions. A client who misses a discovery session may request another appointment subject to availability and the coach’s discretion.
Menopause Midlife Transformation Coaching
This applies to individual paid coaching sessions and not part of the Midlife Transformation Journey Package.

Sessions are confirmed once booked and are reserved specifically for the client.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time without charge.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests that are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in full session fee being charged.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be via the meeting confirmation email you received at the time of booking.
Exceptions
Reasonable discretion may be applied to exceptional circumstances including genuine emergencies or circumstances outside of the client’s reasonable control.
Missed Sessions or No Show
If a client does not attend the scheduled session and has not contacted the coach in advance the session will normally be treated as used and cannot be carried forward or replaced.
Midlife Transformation Journey Package
The midlife transformation journey package consists of sessions booked as part of a coaching package.
Booking
Sessions should be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled session start time without charge.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests that are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in full session fee being charged.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be via the meeting confirmation email you received at the time of booking.
Exceptions
Exceptions may be considered where there are genuine unforeseen circumstances or an emergency. Any exception is at the discretion of the coach and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
